Residential Masterplan layout and pre application concept design proposal for 153 dwellings on a greenfield 8.0h site. The design proposal is for a low density contemporary development of new dwellings designed along sustainable principles. The housing design of both affordable and a mixed typology is specific to the largely wooded site, and conceived to be integrated within the landscape and site topology.
