We do some lovely small projects too! This commercial office fitout is located in the City of London overlooking St Pauls Cathedral where we have designed a new office workplace for Michael Rothstein, a recruitment company. We worked closely with the client to help develop the brief and reflect their aspirations for the new office space. It now supports smart ways of working and adopts an agile approach to the daily operation of the business focussed around a central large feature desk and ceiling feature. The brief called for an office design and spaceplan that would allow for business growth, help attract high quality staff, and improve the wellbeing and productivity of existing.
We always adopt a sustainable and responsible approach to our design proposals and strive to specify materials that are environmentally sustainable where possible. In this project the carpet tile from Interface has a recyclable programme, the new ceiling detail is timber, and the breakout space has cork tile flooring.
